Jeff Powell brings more than 19 years of real estate development, project finance and auction experience to his Seattle based company, J.L. Powell Auctions. Since 1989, Jeff has been responsible for the acquisition, financing, entitlement, construction build-out, as well as traditional, accelerated and auction marketing of over 50 distressed residential subdivisions. These include both single family, as well as high-density multi-family developments, on both the West and East coasts accounting for hundreds of millions of dollars in sales.

In addition to his Washington auctioneer’s bond, Jeff holds a State of California General Contractor’s license. Jeff graduated with Honors from the University of Southern California. He is also a graduate of the prestigious Reppert’s Auction School located in Auburn, Indiana, and he holds a construction management certificate from Colorado State University. He is a nominee for the prestigious Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate, bestowed by the National Auctioneers Association, of which Jeff is a member in good standing.
