Our team is made up of individuals within the real estate development industry, including construction lending, banking, information systems and surety. Portfolio Review: Annual construction and income property lending portfolio reviews.

Asset Review: Evaluations include reviews of documentation, construction costs, current market information, property assessment, and cost schedule information

Work-out Services: This can include a wide range of problem assets including construction loans with significant cost overruns, partnership disputes, to deteriorating market conditions. Our services allow your production staff to work on new business, while allowing a third party with specific work-out experience evaluate and provide solutions to your non-performing loan assets.

Due Diligence Loan Request: Due diligence items for construction request may include a marketing study, entitlement status report and environmental site assessments, review of tract map conditions, construction budget evaluation, and other related items. Income property evaluation will include a rent survey, lease analysis, tenant profile analysis, market comparable information, parking evaluation and much more.

Asset/Property Management: We provide asset and property management services for income producing properties, new construction, and unimproved land.
